A "coiled spring" watchlist based purely on sustained RSI compression — tokens whose Wilder RSI(14) has held ≤ 74 for ≥ 20 days on at least one of 4h / 6h / 8h. Brief spikes above 74 (≤ 2 consecutive bars) are absorbed. Setups that tend to resolve with a violent expansion. It's a watchlist, not an entry trigger. Rescans every 30 minutes. All times are Central Time (America/Chicago).
A token appears if its RSI(14) has stayed ≤ 74 for at least 20 days on at least one of 4h / 6h / 8h. Brief pops above 74 (≤ 2 consecutive bars) are absorbed, not counted as a break. Age is capped at 365 days.
